Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Superga sneakers, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the sneakers in their original shoe box and pack them into a shipping carton, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
